Politics
In general, during my life, I have tried to stay as far away as I can from any political issue, since I consider it to be quite a conflictive issue and that on many occasions people are attacked because of how they think. Furthermore, people rarely come to understand other people's views (if it is contrary to their own).
For this above and some other
reasons, it is that politics in general has never caught my attention, however,
I consider that voting is an important responsibility and a very precious right
that we have and that we should not waste, therefore I believe that when there
are elections, it is essential that as many people as possible attend them,
even if one feels that a single vote will not make a difference or that the
candidates that are presented are not completely to my liking (or to the liking
of the majority of the people) being considered "bad", I think that
by going to vote, we can choose the "least bad" candidate and thus
finally gradually achieve changes to improve the country.
But this will only be achieved if
citizens stop fighting among themselves and manage to express their opinions by
marking on the ballot the candidate who represents them the most.
Hi, I agree with you about how we need to use the right to vote, to express our opinions about our representatives’ opinions; also, I think that we need to express and discuss more times our opinions in binding spaces so that they are considered in the functioning of the State.
